The existing flooring, a mix of vinyl tile and sealed concrete, left shadow lines and uneven surfaces. Control joints required filling, and there were holes in the concrete that needed to be addressed for a seamless finish.

- Joint and Hole Filling: All control joints were filled, and any holes in the concrete were patched.
- Epoxy Chip System Installation: A 1/8-inch marble chip blend was applied across the floor, followed by a polyurethane topcoat for added durability and aesthetic appeal.
